Physical Medical Exams
Physicals must occur on or after April 15th, 2026 to cover the 2026-2027 school year. Families must submit a physical form signed by a medical physician prior to participation by a student-athlete.
Families should submit their student's physical via email to: guestp@aaps.k12.mi.us or nowitzkek@aaps.k12.mi.us
Families may also submit paper copies to the main office at A2 STEAM. Click this form link to download a copy of the MHSAA Physical Form. We also accept any forms used by a medical office.

The Late Bus leaves between 4:30-4:45pm. If you live on an established A2 STEAM bus route the Late Bus is available for your child. If not, make arrangements to pick up your child by 4:45pm.
